" First we got a car with very dirty ceiling (large stains that looked like blood) and many electric faults. 3 times it didn't even start at first attempt. We contacted Trifty and next day the manager promised us a better car and a refund for the cleaning fee (29 EUR). It was not mentioned in our rental agreement that we needed to clean the car by ourselves or pay the cleaning fee, but they charged us 29 EUR for cleaning fee at the time of car pick-up. We changed the car and the new one also gave some warning alarms and we needed to check the tier pressures but otherwise it was a good car. When we returned the car, we asked about the cleaning fee refund. Agent said that he will do it later and even promised to send a receipt by email. He said it will take 2 days that I can see the refund on my card account. I waited for 5 days before I wrote to the Trifty manager about the refund but he did not answer anything. I wrote again after 11 days and then manager promised he will personally ask for the refund next day. That was 3 days ago and I still haven't got my money back. I cannot trust to the company who promise things but does not keep the promises. "
