On the desk of Firefly they made me to sign agreement with different amounts I should pay in case of something would happen to the car and were very reluctant to make changes to agreements. If amounts are different it should be said to customer so it will not cause confusion on the desk after tired of 12 hour flight. "

" While I realize I could have likely had assistance from the Auto Europe customer service in handling the situation of Firefly not having the car I booked, I feel like it could be stated clearer how to handle a situation where the rental agency does not provide services as paid for. I was unaware of whether Firefly would be contractually obliged to provide a car for me at the price paid to Auto Europe even if they had run out of the one I'd requested – before this I'd always received a free upgrade no questions asked in this kind of situation from the rental company. In general, Auto Europe provided a good experience, but I would've hoped that this type of slightly scammy, out-of-car kind of rental agencies would be filtered out of the service, or at least flagged as problematic, as this kind of experience does erode trust with the service. "
" Firefly was out of the type of car we booked, and the customer experience at Cancun airport was very peculiar. The desk at the airport entrance was without personnel, and the phone number listed was not answered. We walked over to the actual rentals building, and were told that they wouldve picked us up at our scheduled time of arrival, which was 20 minutes after the plane landed – but there was no one to inform us this at arrivals in the airport. Due to the company not having any cars of the compact category available, we were told that we would have to wait 'maybe an hour' to receive the quoted car. Our other option was to buy a car upgrade to something they had in the lot, which we took although it felt all-in-all quite scammy, but due to our late arrival were too tired to contend with through Auto Europe customer service, as we could see that they physically did not have any compact cars available. Due to the upgrade & the taxes collected on that upgrade, our rental ended up costing more than quoted, although all of the prices were in line with Firefly pricing. I feel like a free upgrade should've been provided, as it was not our fault Firefly was out of cars – but at 23 in the evening after a long flight in a hurrying to a hotel check-in, most people likely are too tired too tired to argue, which I felt was exploited here, leading to a sour feeling of the overall experience, although our car was nice and we had a pleasant time with Firefly otherwise. "

Jonotettuamme n. 45 min pääsimme keskustelemaan Premium palvelun asiakaspalvelian kanssa ja kaikki sujui melko nopeasti. Maksuttoman palvelun jono ei näyttänyt tuon n. 1h:n aikana lyhentyneen juuri ollenkaan, joten vajaan vuorokauden matkustamisen jälkeen tuollaiset jonotusajat eivät tunnu kohtuulliselta "

Valitettavasti varattua BMW:tä ei edes ollut käytettävissä. Saimme tilalle ihan sopivan VW Jettan. Palautus sujuin hyvin. Kun virkkailija kuuli että etsin hotellialueelle lähtevää bussia, niin hän tarjosi veloituksetta että saan ajaa auton hotellialueen lähellä sijaitsevalle Avis toimistolle. Kaikki sujui hyvin. Odotan vielä, että laskutus on sovitun mukainen. "
