" VERY dissatisfied with the service. When we try to pick up the car at AVIS, we are told that they don't have a size D car which we had booked, and were forced to take a size C car. We were denied the option to cancel the reservation nor offered larger car. We were promised a replacement car the next day at the latest, and that they would deliver it to us personally. For next 4 days we called daily, but nothing ever happened. We are a family of 5, so fitting everyone in the small car we were given caused us significant discomfort for the duration of the holiday. "
