" Car was allright. Only thing was that after returning car with full tank(I visited in gas station in airport 1km before return) I got invoice for fueling(10liters). This means for me that Hertz is not very reliable rental partner in South Africa for me. "

" The voucher provided worked fine. However you could collect and pass all the required information to rental company (Hertz in this case) in the reservation phase to speed up the key retrieval process at the desk. Feels really frustrating to fill in basicly all the information from the original resarvation again. Also when printing the voucher you should offer the language selection bar for it. Now you have to set the whole website to desired language in order to print the voucher that way. "

" Car delivered was in perfect condition and worked fine but was available 1 hour 15 minutes later than originally reserved. Also you could use more of the precollected information from reservation voucher to prefill the contract in order to speed up the process at the desk. This time it finally did not make any difference since the car was late anyways. "
