" Hello 1. Was sent to pick up my car without keys being assured that the keys are in the parking place office. The parking place office did not have the keys. It took ca. 20 minutes to find the keys. A person who finally brought the keys apologized for this. Apology was accepted. 2. Car collection was poorly organized. Sixt employees were rude. First I was shuttling between the collection spot and the office searching for any personnel as there was no one there when i drove in. Finally a person came to tell me to move my car forward a bit which i did and then wanted to give up him the keys. Wrong guy, he was just a driver. I continued searching for a person to whom I could return the keys. Finally a sixt employee was successfully located. He greeted me saying that he was alone here and there were many customers . I said I saw no one when I came and politely asked him to start car checking. He started the checking by claiming that I crushed into a pillar with my bumper while he was watching me. He was not at the spot and there was at least 1 cm between the bumper and the pillar. We obviously were discussing this situation while another sixt employee showed up. The first sixt employee wondered where the second man had been. The second ignored this que but decided instead to show everyone who is the boss here and immediately found a piece of some kind of textile between the front bumper and car body on the right side. I said I received this car in such shape. At this moment it became clear that any sensible and constructive dialog with these two persons is not possible as they wanted to demonstrate and exercise their supremacy over sixt customers.
