" Easy and good service. "

" We filled the tank 5km before returning the car. The gentleman at return checked the car and said that the tank is not full and asked where we filled it. We said 5km away. He says "I have to charge you 20€ for returning it not full". We said no way and refueled it on site. 2 litres and 4€ euros. After returning it again he says "I have to think the next customer". It's pretty obvious what he tried because he made the people ahead of us pay the 20€ too and they were in a hurry and paid it. I think this is discraceful service. I rent cars 20 times a year and hvae done that for 17 years now. Never have I encountered anything like this. "
