" Didn't appreciate the apparently compulsory attempt to upsell another vehicle. One person and one cabin bag - I don't need a Volkswagen Tiguan when I've booked a Vauxhall Astra! Same thing with the insurance, boring. The drop-off went very swiftly, much appreciated. Of course I didn't get the Astra either, I got a tinny MG3... "

" Auto Europe is good but the companies they represent are not very proffesional. I used Keddy this time who recommended that I book with them direct to avoid a larger deposit and take out their excess insurance since it may be difficult to satisfy a claim for insurance using Autoeurope insurance. In my experience of renting through Autoeurope Avis are the best for customer service. "
