" Auton vuokraus meni muuten hyvin, mutta Sixt yritti jälkikäteen syyttää minua autossa jo lähtiessä olleesta naarmusta auton etupuskurin alaosassa. Samainen naarmu oli selkeästi näkyvillä videossa, jonka otin vuokrauksen alussa. Hankalaksi todistelun teki se, että heidän ohjeistamaan palvelu, johon kuvia ja videota naarmusta piti lähettää, toimi huonosti ja ei mahdollistanut kuin pienten tiedostojen lähettämisen. "

" I thought that I had fullcoverage insurance when I booked the rental car from Auto Europe. Yet I ended up paying more for additional insurance coverage. This has been the same case also in some of my previous rentals with Auto Europe. I do not like this and I feel that have been somehow deceived. I would very much appreciate some explanations from you, what have I not understood when booking the car and trying to get the full coverage insurance. Best regards, Heikki "

" We never got the rental car that was booked and paid. Sixt Aberdeen Airport was closed when we arrived at 17:20 on 13th march 2022, even on the booking confirmation and door stated it is open until 20:00. I phoned to Auto Europe and was told that nothing can't be done, we couldn't get the rental car and didn't get the refund. I will never rent a car again through Auto Europe. "

" Auton vuokraaminen AutoEuropen kautta on yksinkertaista ja helppoa. Erityinen plussa omavastuun poistolle jonka AutoEurope tarjoaa halvemmalla kuin itse vuokraamot. "
" Autovuokraamossa virkailija totesi varaamani autoluokan olevan lopussa ja suositteli upgradea. Kertoi pihassa olevan joukko uusia autoja joihin saa hyvän upgraden sopivalla hinnalla. Paperille kirjoitettu hinta kuulosti hyvältä ja otimme sen. Vuokrauksen jälkeen laskulle tulostui kuitenkin ihan eri hinta kuin meille tarjottu: Koko kolmen päivän vuokrausta koskeva upgrade hinta olikin muuttunut päiväkohtaiseksi lisäksi! Kusetusta! "
