" Auto europe works fine, the Hertz/Dollar desk was rude "
" We had to wait almost 1,5 hours to get a car. I was 4th in line when arriving and front of me was English gentleman and 2 Italian couples. Also there was a businessman in premium line. There was 3 desk personnel at 19:50 when I arrived on line, but 3rd person left bit over 20:00 as his day was done. Also other desk worker went away for 15 minutes and there was only a man to serve italian couple. When another 10 minutes went couple more italian customers came to area and started to talk with this italian couple before me. After a while there was couple more italians front of me and english gent. We did say to them that we are also queuing for a car and you must not go in front of others in the queue. They did not want to speak english and I did say it also to official on the desk but the man did not mind and took em next before us. They also took 3rd italian couple before us as they did speak also French. This is unacceptable and I will not ever book a car from Dollar anymore. "

" Mielestäni varausta tehdessäni vahinko-/varkaustilanteessa ei ollut lainkaan omavastuuta. Varausvahvistuksessa kuitenkin omavastuu oli 1000€. Lisäksi noutopaikalla (Herz) vuokrauksen ehdot ja omavastuut poikkesivat vielä edellisistä. Lisäkustannus omavastuun poistosta oli 250€. "
